Training Services manager

Mari has been part of the team since February 2015 leading the company’s training services.

With over 20 years of experience as an HR and training specialist across various organizations, Mari combines practical expertise with a strong academic background. She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education from Tallinn University (2010), bringing deep theoretical insight into how adults learn most effectively.

As a person committed to the concept of lifelong learning, Mari has started studying at the Finnish-Estonian Institute for Analytical Psychology, led by FEGAP, to become a Jungian analyst.
